About the stay
Saltwater House sits on a quiet residential street in New Smyrna Beach, a short drive from the sand and a few minutes from the inlet ramp. It was renovated for families who arrive with kids, coolers, and a boat on a trailer.
Inside, the plan is open and bright: a full chef's kitchen with an island, a dining table for eight, and linen sofas facing the pool doors. Three bedrooms and two full baths sleep eight comfortably without anyone drawing the short straw.
Outside, the fenced yard wraps a private pool, a covered lounge, and a gas grill. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and a cooler live in the garage — bring the sunscreen and nothing else.

Can I park a boat or trailer?+
Yes — the driveway pad fits a truck plus a trailered boat up to 24 feet. No overhead wires or gate to clear.
Is the pool heated?+
Pool heat is available November through March for a flat weekly fee. Just ask when you request dates.
Pets & smoking+
No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property, including the yard and pool deck.
Is this a real booking site?+
